Marketing Coordinator & Proposal Writer (Ann Arbor, MI)

This position is for Marketing Coordinator and Proposal Writer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the production and maintenance of a wide range of marketing materials; running promotional campaigns; and managing the proposal writing process.

 

Marketing Coordinator (40%)
• Prepares marketing and promotional materials for each Service Line.
• Manages and administer webpage including developing content for regular updates and manage ways to generate web traffic.
• Solicits articles from our consultants. Assist consultant in writing, editing and proofreading articles. Publish on web page and LinkedIn to generate traffic.
• Prepares templates for marketing packages, proposals, and other marketing material.
 
Proposal Writer (30%)
• Tracks proposals due dates, responsibilities and all tasks related to proposal writing, review and approval.
• Gathers proposal information by identifying sources of information; compile and format proposals; ensure all proposal section requirements are met and included with final submission.
• Compiles and develops boilerplate material for proposal writing including proposal templates, color schemes, formatting guidelines and other items that expedites proposal preparation and delivery.

 

Cold Calling (30%)

• Cold call prospective clients and share with them information about the Enovio and its service offerings. 

• Record call statistics, including call outcomes and prospective client information. 

• Setup discovery calls with the prospective client and the consultant team.
